The Board of Directors of the Foundation is composed of 9 memers with all the powers and responsibilities for the ordinary and extraordinary administration of the foundation.

Three scientific committees, one for each area of intervention, have been formed to aid the Board in thier efforts.

More specifically:

• The Cherasco Origins Committee
• The Armistice 1796 Committee
• The Weizmann Exchange Program Committee

The General Auditor is responsable for the Foundation's financial adiministration.
